I must admit, I'm not a huge fan of change. There's comfort in the familiar—what and who we already know. But life teaches us that without change, there is stagnation. So, I've learned to shift my mindset to see change as an opportunity for growth. It's also important to let go of what we can't control. Sometimes, we just need to adapt and go with the flow. I firmly believe that things always work out in the end, perhaps to a fault. This belief stems from both faith and life experiences where, somehow, things always ended up okay, or even better than expected.


Change is an inevitable part of life, yet it often triggers resistance or anxiety. Learning to stay calm amid the chaos not only reduces stress but also creates opportunities for personal growth and innovation.
